Each dot in the cloud represents one sample in our database. Your own sample is highlighted with a larger circle around the dot. Use the controls on the top right to switch between different reference sets and coloring of the samples based on various metadata. Apart from enterotypes, coloring is only applied to samples from various clinical studies.
Click any dot to display additional information available about that particular sample/participant. We are still expanding this area, and there is no or little information available for majority of the samples at the moment.
